We make every effort to provide our patients with an appointment within 24-48 hours of the initial request, as well as reports to the referring provider within 24 hours. We thank you for entrusting us with your care and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
Our office is now a member of HEALTHeLINK, the WNY clinical information exchange. With your consent, your doctor is able to access your laboratory, radiology, and transcribed reports as well as your medication history directly through HEALTHeLINK. Your doctor can have immediate access to these records, even if he/she was not the ordering physician, resulting in less time spent on the phone trying to obtain your information. The benefits for you include avoiding duplicate tests, additional office visits (and possibly a copay) and not having to remember when and where you last had your tests done.
